Brendan came to Templatery for a website template. He now runs his sales practice on a system that moves call notes into Pipedrive, drafts his follow-ups, and publishes his content — built and maintained through this exact process. Full case study coming once the site is live.
Brendan McAdams — KiineticsYour tools don't talk to each other.
Give me a week.
The Integration Sprint is a fixed-price, one-week engagement where I wire your existing tools — call notes, CRM, email, invoicing — into one system that runs without you copy-pasting between tabs. You keep the tools you have. I build the connections you don't.
$1,490 flat · one week · async — no discovery call, it starts and stays in writing
Tell me what's brokenThe handoffs you're doing by hand
After every call
Notes sit in Granola or a doc. The CRM stays blank until Friday. The follow-up goes out three days late, or never.
Every new lead
Form submission lands in an inbox. You retype it into the CRM, tag it in your email tool, and hope you didn't miss one.
Every invoice
Deal closes in Pipedrive. Nothing happens until you remember to open the invoicing tool and copy the details across.
Every published piece
The article goes live. The newsletter mention, the social post, the client note — each one is a separate manual chore.
One week, in writing
You've already told me what's broken via the form below. I map your stack, confirm the two or three handoffs worth automating, and send you the plan. You approve it by email.
I build the connections — Make.com scenarios, CRM automations, Claude-drafted follow-ups where drafting is the bottleneck. You get a short written update each day. No calls, no check-ins to attend.
Everything documented: what fires when, what it costs to run (typically $20–55/mo in tool fees), and what to do if something stops. You own every account. Nothing is locked to me.
Thirty days of email support while the system runs on real work. If a trigger misfires, I fix it. Included in the price.
One price. No estimate phase.
- Stack mapping + written automation plan
- 2–3 handoffs wired end to end
- Full documentation — what fires, when, why
- 30 days of email support
- You own every account and every scenario

- You want a team of five trained on new software. This is for solo consultants and very small practices.
- You want to replace your tools. I wire what you have — a migration is a different (bigger) project.
- You want a call to talk it through first. The sprint is async by design; if that's a dealbreaker, it will be one all week.
- The handoff happens twice a year. Automation pays for itself on things you do weekly, not annually.
Questions people ask before starting
Which tools do you work with?
The usual solo-consultant stack: Pipedrive, Kit, Make.com, Zapier, Granola, Notion, WordPress, Carrd, Stripe, and the Claude API where drafting or summarising is the bottleneck. If your tool has an API or a Make module, it's in scope.
Why no discovery call?
Because the form below captures what a call would, without either of us finding a slot. You describe what’s broken in your own words; I reply in writing with whether a sprint fixes it. The whole engagement runs the same way — which is also how the systems I build for you run.
What if my problem takes more than a week?
Then I'll say so before you pay, and propose either a narrower sprint scope or a different engagement. The fixed price only works because the scope is honest.
What does the system cost to run after?
Typically $20–55/month in tool subscriptions, depending on your stack. That's stated in the handover doc, per connection — no surprises on renewal day.
What happens after the 30 days?
The system is yours and documented — many clients never need me again. If you'd rather have someone on retainer for changes and upkeep, there's a care plan for that. Ask in the form.
Tell me what you're copy-pasting
Describe the handoff that annoys you most. I'll reply in writing within one business day with whether a sprint fixes it — and I'll say so plainly if it doesn't.
